What Special Skills Does the Chiropractic Neurologist have?

Manipulation should only be performed by someone who has comprehensive training and a through understanding of the patient's history and condition. Chiropractors, among all those who practice physical medicine, are the only ones with a minimum of 4 years of training in spine and joint biomechanics as well as 4 years of spine and joint manipulation techniques.

Most importantly, only the chiropractic neurologist has the additional 3 years training on the complex interactions between the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. This training has been accredited by N.O.C.A. for competency and quality assurance.

At BCN we utilize x-rays to see abnormal coupling, degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis, as well as normal biomechanics
